Only when you complete the form to apply for a job opening in the Opportunities section. At that point we ask for:

• First and last name
• Identity document
• Date of birth
• Email address and phone number
• Profession and location
• Your résumé, in the file you attach

What we use it for

Solely to evaluate your application for the position you applied to and to contact you about that process. We do not use this data to send you advertising, and we do not sell it to third parties.

Who we share it with

Your application is processed in the human resources platform used by Grupo Platino, where it is reviewed by our talent team. We do not share your data with anyone else, nor use it for other purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep your application for as long as needed for the selection process you applied to. If you prefer that we delete it sooner, you can ask us through the channels above and we will.

Your rights

You may ask us at any time to tell you what data we hold about you, to correct it if it is wrong, to delete it, to stop using it, or to hand it to you in a file. To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the channels above; we will respond within the timeframes set by the law of your country.

Security

We apply reasonable measures to prevent your data from being lost, altered or seen by anyone who should not. No system is infallible, but we commit to notifying you if an incident affecting your data occurs.

Minors

Published openings are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
